We stand between a family looking for reliable help and a worker looking for fair work. Our success is both sides still satisfied a year later, not a contract closed today.
Our story
We started because the market needed clarity
Many families in Oman have been through the same experience: a price quoted on the phone that then changes, a processing time nobody can name, and a guarantee mentioned out loud but absent from the contract. We started with a single rule: everything we say has to be in writing.
Today we recruit domestic workers from several source countries, through accredited offices there, and under the requirements of the Ministry of Labour in the Sultanate of Oman. We follow every file from application to arrival, and remain responsible throughout the guarantee period.
We treat the worker as a party to a contract, not as a commodity. We explain the contract to her in her own language before she travels, and we keep her written consent for any detail or photo published about her.
