Elderly care is different from general housework and needs patience and specific skill. For this service we shortlist workers with documented prior care experience, not general workers relabelled.

Where the service stops
The worker is not a nurse and performs no medical procedures: no injections, no surgical dressing changes, no dose adjustments. If the case needs nursing we say so plainly and point you to the right provider.
