The questions we are asked every day

We have gathered here what households ask before and after recruitment. If your answer is not here, ask us directly and we will add it.

Yes. The licence number and commercial registration number are published in the footer of every page and on the contact page, and you can verify both with the Ministry before signing. Any office that will not give you its licence number is one to walk away from.

We currently recruit from Kenya, Myanmar, Tanzania, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Nepal and the Philippines. A country may suspend deployment by government decision, and when that happens we update the list on the site immediately rather than take a request we cannot fulfil.

Yes, and we encourage it. We arrange a video call between you and the worker before the file is approved. Ten minutes of direct conversation tells you more about fit than any written profile.

Thirty to forty-five working days from the moment your paperwork is complete, varying with the source country and visa processing. The Philippines usually takes longer because their labour ministry’s procedures are heavier. You get a written estimate in the quotation, and we tell you about any delay as it happens.

A copy of your national ID, the number of people in the household, and a copy of the tenancy contract or proof of residence if required. We ask for no financial documents beyond what the visa authority itself requires.

When you submit the form we give you a tracking code starting with TR. Enter it on the tracking page to see which stage your file has reached: contacted, qualified, contracted, completed. Keep the code — it is the only way to check without calling.

We meet her at Muscat airport, check her documents, then deliver her to your home or hand her over at the office, whichever you prefer. We suggest keeping the first day for introductions and explaining the household routine rather than starting work straight off a long flight.

The price covers what the package description lists: contract, visa, medical, inbound ticket and reception. It does not include the worker’s monthly salary, which you pay her directly under the contract. Anything not listed in the package appears in the written quotation before signing.

Yes, in instalments tied to the stages of the process: one on signing, one when the visa is issued, and the balance on arrival. The schedule is written into the contract and does not change afterwards.

Because agency fees, visa and medical costs, and airfares differ from country to country, and because some countries set a minimum salary. The difference reflects actual cost, not a ranking of workers.

Within the first 90 days we replace her with no new recruitment fee. Contact us early rather than late: most cases are resolved by clarifying expectations that were never voiced, and replacement stays the last resort when that does not work.

Tell us immediately and report to the police within the legal window — a late report can leave you carrying liability that is not yours. We handle the procedure with you, and if it falls within the guarantee period we start arranging a replacement.

Accommodation and food, a weekly rest day, wages on time, and not assigning her to work for anyone else. Withholding her passport is not lawful; the passport is hers and must be handed to her. These are not office recommendations but provisions of the Omani Labour Law.

We collect the minimum needed to complete the procedure, and keep incomplete requests for at most 24 months before deleting them. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent at any time. The full detail is on the privacy page.
