- The worker is sponsored by the office, not by you — no procedures or permits on your side
- Hours and days agreed in advance, changeable with notice
- Minimum visit of four hours
- The office is responsible for attendance and for sending a replacement if someone is absent
What you should know
The service is available in Muscat and the surrounding areas. Engaging hourly help outside a licensed office breaches the Labour Law, and the liability falls on the householder — which is exactly why we keep to the regulated route.
