How to read a worker profile properly

Every profile on this site shows a reference code, nationality, age band, experience, skills, languages and availability. We do not show the full name or passport number — that is personal data with no place on a public page. Here is how to read what is shown.

Experience: ask "where", not "how long"

Five years in one household is not the same as five years across four. Ask us for the detail; the profile is a summary of what we hold in full.

Skills: match them to your day, not your wish list

A long skills list looks appealing, but what matters is the skill that will be used daily. If you have a newborn, newborn care matters more than Arabic cooking.

Language: level of communication, not a certificate

The practical question is whether she can understand emergency instructions. Ten minutes on a video call answers that better than any written description.

Age band

We show a band, not a date of birth. Younger workers are often more energetic; older ones are calmer and more experienced with children and the elderly. There is no single right answer.

Availability

"Available" means now, and it can change within hours. If you find a profile that fits, tell us early — a profile appearing on the site is not a reservation.
